Suby is a technology company providing a payment orchestration layer, working with regulated and compliant partners across the payment stack, including PSPs, on/off-ramps, and custody providers.
Suby is not a bank and does not custody customer fiat or card data. All card acquiring, banking rails, and stablecoin settlement are handled by licensed third-party partners.
Card payments are processed exclusively by PCI DSS–compliant providers. Suby servers never receive or store card information, and we operate card-network–compliant dispute and refund flows, including evidence management and SLA handling.
To enable card payments, business information is required. End-user KYC is not applied for card payments.
